Marinate Fish minimum 2 hrs or overnight in the refrigerator:
1)King Fish – 1/2 kg
2)Turmeric – 1/2 TSP
3) Red chilly powder – 1/2 TSP
4) Kashmiri Chilly powder -1/2 TSP
5) Pepper Powder – 1 TSP
6) Coriander Powder – 1 TSP
7) Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 TSP
8)Salt as required
9) Oil to fry fish
Rice Cooking:
1) Basmati Rice – 3 cups
2) Hot Water – 5.25 cup
3) Salt as required
4) Cardamom
5)Star Anise
6) Cinnamon sticks
7)Cloves
8) Ginger Garlic paste – 1 TSP
9) Crushed green chilly – 2 optional
10) Fennel seeds – 2 TSP
11) Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
12) Salt as required
Fish Masala:
1)Onion sliced – 4
2) Tomato chopped – 3
3) Turmeric – 1/4 TSP
4) Kashmiri Chilly powder – 1 TSP
5) Ginger garlic paste – 1 TSP
6) Coriander leaves few
7)Mint leaves few
8)Yogurt – 2 tbsp
For Dum
1)Fried thinly sliced Onions
2)Ghee – 3 tbsp
3)garam masala – 3 tsp
4) Coriander leaves few
5) Mint leaves few
