How to make easy and tasty palak paneer at home

INGREDIENTS:


1) Palak – a bunch
2) Tomato – 2 chopped
3) Ginger – small piece
4) Garlic – 3 pods
5) Small onion – 8 nos
6) Green chilly or green chilly powder – 1 TSP
7) Turmeric powder – 1/2 TSP
8) Red chili powder – 1 TSP
9) Coriander powder – 1/2 TSP
10) Garam masala – 1/2 TSP
11) Salt as required
12) Garnish with ghee or cream (optional)
