Crispy and Crunchy Baked Vegetable Cutlet

This recipe is a healthy snack. I have shown the baked version you may shallow fry them in oil.

INGREDIENTS:

Onion chopped 1 cup
Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
Cabbage Chopped 1/2 cup
Frozen Green peas 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves few
Salt
Cooking oil 5 TBSP

SPICES:

Turmeric 1/2 TSP
Ginger powder 1/2 TSP
Garlic Powder 1/2 TSP
Coriander Powder 1 TBSP
Red chilly powder 1TBSP
Garam masala 1 TBSP

For COATING:

Corn flour 3 TBSP
Bread crumbs as required
Water as required

Bake the cutlets on preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 min.

For Shallow Fry:

Heat oil in a pan, place cutlets on it and shallow fry, turn both sides till golden brown.
