Easy and Tasty Vegetable Pulao in cooker.
We can serve Vegetable Pulao with Rajma Masala, Gobi Manchurian and Curry of your choice. You can add Vegetables ( cauliflower, mushroom,carrot,beans,Frozen peas, potato) based in your choice.

INGREDIENTS

1) Basmati Rice – 2 cup
2) Hot Water – 3.5 cup
3) Cardamom -3
4) Cinnamon stick – 2 small
5) Pepper – few
6) Fennel seeds – 1 TSP
7) Cloves – 2
8) Onion – 1 cup
9) Vegetables – 1 cup ( carrot, beans,Frozen green peas)
10)Salt as required
11) Fried cashew nuts and raisins – few optional
12) Ghee – 3 tbsp
13) Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
