Rajma Masala # Kidney Beans Recipe # HEALTHY HOMEmade

Rajma Masala is a protein rich kidney beans curry.It can be served with steamed rice or ghee rice or Butter naan or chapathi.

Serving Rajma with chawal ( steamed rice) is a Punjabi meal.

INGREDIENTS
1) Rajma – 1 cup
2) Ginger garlic paste or ginger garlic powder – 1 TSP
3) Turmeric Powder – 1/2 TSP
4) Coriander powder – 1 TSP
5) Garam masala – 3/4 TSP
6) Chat masala- 1/2 TSP
7) Salt
8) Ghee – 1 TSP optional
9) Water – 2 cup
10) Coriander leaves – few
11) Onion chopped – 1 cup
12) Tomato chopped – 1
13) Kashmiri Chilly Powder – 1 TSP
14)Dry Kasurimethi leaves – 1 TSP optional
15) Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
