1) Paneer – 100 gm grated
2) Boiled Potatoes – 1 cup
3) Carrot grated – 1
4) Onion – 1 finely chopped
5) Coriander Leaves – few finely chopped
6) Corn flour – 2 tbsp
7) Salt – 1 TSP
8) Red chilly powder – 3/4 tsp
9) Chat masala – 1/2 TSP
10) Turmeric powder – 1/4 TSP
11) Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
12) Refined oil to fry
