If you want you can shallow fry or deep fry in oil instead of baking in the Oven.
Bake it on a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes flip over inbetween.
INGREDIENTS
1) Paneer – 100 gm grated
2) Boiled Potatoes – 1 cup
3) Carrot grated – 1
4) Onion – 1 finely chopped
5) Coriander Leaves – few finely chopped
6) Corn flour – 2 tbsp
7) Salt – 1 TSP
8) Red chilly powder – 3/4 tsp
9) Chat masala – 1/2 TSP
10) Turmeric powder – 1/4 TSP
11) Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
12) Bread crumbs – as required
13) Refined Oil – 2 tbsp
Batter for coating
1) Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
2) Maida / all purpose flour- 2 tbsp
3) Salt – 1/4 tsp
4) Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
5) Water – 2 tbsp
