4) Salt as required
5) Water – 1/2 cup
6) Ghee – 1 TSP
7) Red chilly powder – 1 TSP
8) Garam masala – 1/2 TSP
9) Tomato – 1 finely chopped
10) Onion – 1 finely chopped
11) Cumin seeds – 1 TSP
12) Chat Masala – 1 TSPl
13) Coriander powder – 1/2 TSP
14) Mustard – 1/2 TSP
15) Ginger – 1/2 TSP chopped
16) Garlic – 1 TSP chopped
