INGREDIENTS
1) Digestive Biscuits – 100 gm 1 pkt
2) Melted butter – 50 ml
3) Cream cheese – 200 gm
4) Sugar – 80 gm
5) Thick yogurt – 100 gm
6) Egg – 2
7) Corn flour – 1 tbsp
8) Vanila Essence – 1tsp
9)Lemon Juice – 1tsp
10) Blueberry Sauce as required
Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 C for about 50 minutes.
