INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
1) Wheat flour – 2 cup
2)Refined oil – 1 TSP
3) Salt
4) Water as required
For the Potato filling:
1) Boiled and mashed potatoes – 3
2) Refined oil – 2 tbsp
3) Salt
4) Onion chopped -1
5) Green chilly powder – 1 tsp
6) Ginger powder – 1 TSP
7)Garlic powder – 1 TSP
8) Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tsp
9) Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
10) Garam masala – 1 TSP
11) Coriander leaves few
12) Chat Masala – 1 tsp
13) Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Note: If you want you can use garlic,ginger and green chilly finely chopped instead of powder.
